Refund policy

No refunds after the courier leaves. You may inspect the item upon delivery, and if you decide not to keep it, you can return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fees.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE Kaftans above 3000 EGP are not allowed to be opened.

يمكنك فحص المنتج عند الاستلام، وفي حالة عدم الرغبة به يتم إرجاعه فورًا مع المندوب مع دفع رسوم الشحن فقط.

 

ملحوظة هامة : القفاطين التي يزيد سعرها عن 3000 جنيه غير مسموح بفتحها .
