Shipping and Refund Policy
Orders arrive within 48 hours to 4 days.
- Once you receive your order, you have 5–10 minutes to check and try the items.
- If you don’t want the item, you can return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed after the courier leaves.
- For approved exchanges, the customer covers all shipping costs.
- Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
- Any item accepted without inspection is the customer’s responsibility, and cannot be returned or exchanged after the courier leaves.
- During sale periods, you can check your order upon delivery, but no return or exchange is allowed for sale items after the courier leaves.
- For orders of 4 items or more, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to confirm the order, otherwise it will be automatically canceled.
- عند استلام الطلب من المندوب، معاكي من 5 لـ 10 دقايق تفحصي وتقيسي المنتج.
- لو مش حابة المنتج، تقدري ترجعيه فورًا مع المندوب وتدفعي الشحن فقط.
- بعد ما المندوب يمشي، مفيش استرجاع أو استبدال.
- في حالة الموافقة على الاستبدال، العميل بيتحمل تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.
- الطلبات الأونلاين مينفعش تترد أو تتستبدل من خلال المحل.
- أي منتج يتم استلامه بدون فحص بيكون تحت مسؤولية العميل، ومش بيكون متاح استرجاعه أو استبداله بعد مغادرة المندوب.
- خلال فترة الخصومات، مسموح بالفحص عند الاستلام، لكن مفيش استرجاع أو استبدال على منتجات السيل بعد ما المندوب يمشي.
- في حالة طلب 4 قطع أو أكتر، بيتم دفع عربون 50% لتأكيد الطلب خلال 24 ساعة، وإلا الطلب هيتلغي تلقائيًا
